What are your payment terms?
A 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. We will provide photos of the products and packaging prior to final payment.
What are your delivery terms?
EXW, GOUSSET, CFR, CAF, DDU/DDP.
What is your delivery time?
Typically, it takes 10-15 working days after receipt of your deposit. The exact delivery schedule depends on the specific items and the quantity of your order.
What is the warranty on your machines?
Our machines come with a 1-year warranty, during which any parts not damaged by human error can be replaced with new ones. We also provide installation and operation videos.
What are your packing terms?
Typically, we use standard export wooden cases for LCL shipments, and secure the goods with steel wire for FCL shipments.
Do you inspect all your products before shipping?
Yes, we conduct a 100% inspection prior to delivery. An inspection report will be included with each machine.
Do you supply wear parts to customers?
Yes, we maintain records for your customers and are happy to provide accessories when needed.
